Denn bei der FAA geht es seit dem Max Desaster auch erstmal um die Existenz. Ein Regulator der nicht reguliert hat halt keine Existenzberechtigung.

Man macht jetzt das, was man schon vor langer Zeit hätte tun sollen, als sich bei Boeing diese Mentalität eingeschlichen hat:

Dürfte ein wörtliches Zitat aus dem hervorragenden Buch "Flying Blind: The 737 Max Tragedy and the Fall of Boeing" von Pete Robison sein und wäre idealerweise auch als solches gekennzeichnet.
Lesenswerte, ausführlich recherchierte Analyse zu den Hintergründen, die aus einem Engineering-Konzern einen extrem kapitalmarktorientierten und -getriebenen gemacht haben.
